2. Order Processing & Customisation Review

How the Customisation Process Works

As all products are bespoke and made to order, each purchase follows a structured compliance workflow:

Step 1 – Product Selection
Select your product and upload your custom design or content.

Step 2 – Rights Confirmation
At checkout, you must confirm the following statement:
“I confirm that I possess the legal usage rights for this design and it does not contain unauthorised commercial trademarks.”

Step 3 – Manual Compliance Review (1–2 Working Days)
All submitted content undergoes an internal compliance review before production begins.

  • Approved: The order proceeds to manufacturing.
  • Non-Compliant: If unauthorised trademarks, logos, or protected content are detected, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation Policy

A 24 Hours unconditional cancellation window is provided.

If you contact dropshipping.co@dreamweavehome.com within 24 Hours of placing your order, a full refund will be processed.

After this period, and once the compliance review has been completed, the order enters the custom manufacturing phase and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.


3. Shipping, Customs & Delivery

Production Timeline

  • Manufacturing Period: 3–5 Working Days

Shipping Origin

  • Fulfilment Facility: Matamoros, Coah., Mexico

Logistics Partners

Priority international carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 5–12 Working Days following completion of production.

Tracking & Notifications

Automated tracking updates will be sent to your registered email address at key milestones:

  • Dispatch confirmation
  • Customs clearance entry (EU/USA)
  • Out-for-delivery notification

Customs Duties & Taxes (DDP Model)

All shipments are dispatched under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
All applicable import duties and taxes are covered within the shipping arrangement. Customers are not required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

If you are mistakenly charged any local fees, please contact us with proof of payment. Verified charges will be refunded in full.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If delivery exceeds the standard timeframe, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier.

Depending on the outcome, either:

  • A full refund will be issued, or
  • A complimentary replacement will be arranged.

4. Returns, Defects & Quality Assurance

Personalised Items Policy

In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

While change-of-mind returns are not accepted for customised items, product integrity remains a priority.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with:

  • Printing errors
  • Structural defects
  • Transit damage

Please contact us via email and provide clear photographic evidence.

Upon verification:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement item

will be issued at no additional cost.

Returns are not required for damaged goods. Resolution is handled digitally for efficiency and convenience.
