1. Order Cancellation and Immediate Refunds
We understand that plans can change. A 24-hour unconditional refund window is provided from the moment an order is placed. During this period, cancellation may be requested for any reason, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once this 24-hour period has elapsed, the order enters the bespoke production workflow, and the terms relating to personalised items (see Section 3) will apply.

Please note that while refunds are processed immediately on our end, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

2. Payment Methods
All refunds are processed back to the original funding source. Secure payment options supported at checkout include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Electronic Wallets: Various regional digital wallet services available at checkout

3. Customisation and the Right of Withdrawal
All products are manufactured according to individual customer specifications (Print-on-Demand model). In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-business-day Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:

“The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.”

Once production has commenced, returns or refunds for change of mind or customer customisation errors cannot be accommodated. However, a comprehensive Quality Guarantee is maintained to ensure product integrity.

4. Quality Guarantee: Defects and Printing Errors
While “no-reason” returns are not supported for bespoke items, full responsibility is assumed for manufacturing and logistics quality. If an item exhibits:

  • Manufacturing defects or structural damage;
  • Significant printing errors caused by the production process;
  • Damage sustained during transit;

Customers must contact dropshipping.co@dreamweavehome.com within 14 business days of receipt. To facilitate resolution, a clear photograph of the issue should be provided. Physical return of the damaged item is not required. Upon verification, a choice of a full refund or a complimentary replacement will be offered.

5. Intellectual Property Review and Refunds
To ensure legal compliance, all custom content undergoes a manual review within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.

Review Process:
Customer places order → Manual review of uploaded content → Approval or Rejection

Compliance Standards:
The use of unauthorised commercial logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Procedure:
If submitted content is found to violate intellectual property standards, the order will be cancelled immediately and a full refund will be issued.

6. Delivery, Delays, and Duty Reimbursement
Production and Shipping: Items are produced within 3 to 5 business days and dispatched from the operational facility located at:

Transit Time: Priority logistics services are utilised, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 5 to 12 business days.

Delayed Shipments: If delivery exceeds the standard transit window, a formal investigation with the carrier will be initiated. Based on the verified findings, a full refund or reshipment will be arranged.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): All customs duties and import taxes for Europe and the United States are managed by www.dreamweavehome.com. Customers will receive notification once goods have cleared customs. If any additional fees are incorrectly charged by local authorities, customers may submit the official receipt to support for reimbursement of those specific costs.
